Return Policy
All merchandise must be returned in 30 days for a refund or credit. Saddles must be returned in 14 days. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned saddles. If you were shipped a saddle freight free, the cost of our shipping will be deducted from the amount of your return. Any free items that are included with a saddle must be returned with the saddle or the retail value of the free items will be deducted from the refund. Merchandise must be returned in the same new condition that they were shipped or purchased in our store or mobile units. All tags must be on the returned merchandise. The shipping charges are nonrefundable. A receipt or copy of the receipt must be included with the return for a cash refund.
